2. Job listings

Listings marked as public utility postings are summaries of publicly available job postings and link to the original source. We do not guarantee accuracy or availability; always confirm details with the employer. Employers may request correction or removal at [CONTACT EMAIL PLACEHOLDER].

3. Paid postings

Employers purchasing posts must provide accurate information, including a pay range, and comply with applicable employment and equal-opportunity laws. Fees are non-refundable once a post is published, except where required by law. We may remove posts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable use

No scraping, spam, unlawful, discriminatory or misleading content.

5. Disclaimer & liability

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WaterJobs Board is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to amounts you paid us in the prior 12 months.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use means acceptance.
